• Every time you order a mural, one of our designers creates it specifically for you, and you get a proof to check out or accept. The designer creates the print file and sends the order to production after any requested changes have been made.
• All of our orders are printed on enormous paper rolls using our massive latex printer. Watching all of those gorgeous works of art emerge from the printer is amazing!
• Then, using our highly accurate wallpaper cutter, panels are cut from the printing rolls and sorted by order.
• When everything is worked out, a very time-consuming quality control step is performed by one of our production staff members who examines the cut, paper quality, pattern repetition, and art match of each panel.
• Orders that have passed quality control are securely packaged for shipping. Our very own UPS driver picks up the orders every single afternoon so they can get to you as quickly as possible. Since our samples ship at an economy flat rate, allowing us to offer affordable samples, we regrettably still need to use USPS. In order to ensure that they arrive on time, we take them to the post office every afternoon.

• We have grown and learned naturally; we haven't needed loans or investors; all of our income has come from our business. We're passionate about what we do, and our ultimate goal is to continue doing it as a family. To go to work every day without realizing it is our ultimate goal. When we are bored on the weekends, we occasionally worry about the emails we receive from customers asking for help. Ah, that sinking feeling!
