Refund Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of Delivery date we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Returns:
Each and every order at our shop is custom printed for the individual who orders it. We do not accept returns for other reason than defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of issue for damage or defect. Returns need to be approved before shipping items back.
When our merchandise does not qualify as defective:
The color is different form the screen, color do not match with old Sample (more than 12 month old), the measurements purchased are wrong, the wallpaper material purchased is not suitable for the project.
Lost Shipment:
If your order got lost during transit contact us within 30 days after the shipping date to qualify for a replacement.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Installed merchandise disclaimer:
Since we cannot control the handling and installation process for wall-covering products, we cannot guarantee results. For this reason partially or fully installed murals, wallpapers and decals do not qualify for returns or refunds.
