You will receive an email notification with your order confirmation and another email notification when your order has shipped. After your order has been shipped, please see your tracking (if applicable) for updates! Shipping times will vary depending on where your item is being shipped.

Customs And Import Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification! Depending on the order, this notification will include a tracking number you can use to track its status. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times - United States:
Within the USA, orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Shipping Times - International:
We ship worldwide. Please note delivery times for International Orders vary by destination country. Delivery time is between 2-5 weeks. Any delays are typically caused by the Custom's Agency in the destination country.

Order Modification And Cancellation:
We accept modifications or cancellations for up to 24 hours after the order is placed.

Incorrect Address:
Review your Shipping Address after purchase, we are unable to update any information once the package departs our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damage regarding incorrect shipping address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
AT Wall Decor products are all printed to order. Due to this, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@atwalldecor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
